Fire control: "What's your address?"

Caller: "No 42 Main street Sheldon."

Fire control: "What road does that run off?"

Caller: "High street Sheldon - Hurry up quick."

Fire control: "OK sir we are on the way."

As the operator takes the details the Fire Engines are mobilised to the given address.
